We will scan all of your records and organize them for you in logical and chronological order.

They will be uploaded as searchable PDFs to Google Drive, where you can access them there, or move them to iCloud or any other digital storage you prefer.

Documents will be available online for you to access and download for 1 year following completion of the work. If you would like continued access, we offer a very affordable yearly update service.

We will create multiple files for logical organization.

We will organize your original paper logs into organized “fireproof” DocSafe binder(s).

We will provide you with a hardcopy binder of your critical documents so that you can get work done on your airplane without the need to present your originals to the maintenance shop.

If it appears that you might be missing important documents, we will request FAA records for your aircraft and attempt to replace the missing documents in your logs..

We’ll present you with a final summary of apparently missing documents
(undocumented modifications to the aircraft, etc.) so that you can address these with your A&P.

We will enter all of your paper logbook entries into a spreadsheet, and import the final work into the electronic logbook of your choice.

You provide high quality photos or scans of your logbook pages, or securely send us your logbook. (If you opt to send us your logbook, we'll provide you with a secure shipping container with an AirTag™ for tracking.)

We will provide you with an easy-to-read spreadsheet allowing you to compare your paper logbook pages to the spreadsheet totals. (We can deliver an Excel spreadsheet, but we prefer Google Sheets.)

There will almost certainly be some discrepancies based on paper logbook math errors. We’ll ask you to review, offer corrections if needed, and approve the file.

We’ll prepare the file in the proper format and import for you into your electronic logbook, including configuring logbook aircraft to accurately count time for high-performance, complex, etc. (We will need login access to your electronic logbook for this part of the process.)
Our pricing is very simple. We charge $1.00 per logbook hour for the complete service, with a $500 minimum. That’s it — no additional fees. And our process is fast and efficient. Most projects require no more than 1-3 weeks to completion.
